In the intro to the book, How to be an Effective Worship Leader, Tom Krauter introduced how to go about reading his book. He tells us that each person has a different situation with worship so each person should apply the book to their own unique situation. He explains that the book isn't about how to be a worship leader. It's really about BEING a worship leader.
I really liked how honest Tom Krauter is. He tell us that he isn't "an authority of the subject." But he is using his own experience to help us. He is honest that there could be heartache and a lot of time and energy put into being a worship leader. His honesty makes it easier to trust him and listen to what he has to say.
